This Privacy Policy explains how Tavivion handles information when you use the app, including your profile details, community content, private messages, AI styling inputs and outputs, purchases, and support communications.

Information We Collect

We collect information you provide or create through the Tavivion experience. Depending on how you use the app, this may include:

  • Account and profile information such as a display name, avatar image, biography, and related profile details.
  • Community content such as posts, captions, images, video, likes, follows, and similar social activity.
  • Message content you send in chat, including text and image messages.
  • Information you submit to Studio tools, such as reference photos, prompts, selected style context, gender selection, age input, generated results, and generation history.
  • Support messages, privacy requests, and other communications you send to us.
  • Reports, block lists, and other safety-related actions you take inside the app.
  • Transaction-related information made available through the in-app purchase flow, such as product identifiers, purchase status, and virtual credit changes.

Face Data and AI Processing

Tavivion's AI tools may process a reference photo that you choose. If the photo contains a person, it may include face data such as visible facial features, hairstyle, and other appearance details.

Style Finder uses the reference photo only to analyze the hairstyle you asked about. Style Generator uses your prompt, selected options, and, if you choose one, a reference photo to create the hairstyle result you requested. Tavivion does not use either feature for face recognition or identity verification.

How We Use Information

We use information to operate Tavivion and provide the features you choose to use.

  • To create and display profiles, posts, and community interactions.
  • To let users publish and view hair-related images and videos.
  • To enable following, profile viewing, and messaging features.
  • To run AI hairstyle analysis and AI image generation features.
  • To maintain generation history and related Studio records.
  • To process in-app purchases and manage virtual credits such as diamonds.
  • To support safety features, including reporting, blocking, and abuse review.
  • To respond to support, legal, or privacy requests.

How Information Is Shared

We share information only as needed to provide the Service and support the features you use.

  • With other users when you publish a profile, post, or other content intended for community viewing.
  • With Alibaba Cloud DashScope, our AI processing provider, when you use Style Finder or Style Generator. The data sent depends on the feature you choose and may include the reference photo, prompt, and selected options.
  • With service providers that help us operate Tavivion features, including purchase-related services.
  • With platform or payment providers when purchases or platform-managed flows require it.
  • When disclosure is reasonably necessary to comply with law, protect rights, investigate abuse, or support the safety of users and the Service.

Face Data Retention

Style Finder uses the selected photo for the analysis request you start and does not add that source photo to a saved history inside Tavivion.

Style Generator saves the prompt, generated image, and any reference photo you choose in Style History until you delete the record or delete your account.

When DashScope returns a generated image URL, Alibaba Cloud documents that the URL is valid for up to 24 hours.

Purchases and Credits

Tavivion offers in-app purchases for virtual credits that can be used with certain features. Purchase processing is handled through the app marketplace or platform provider. We may receive transaction status and product details needed to confirm and apply your purchase.

Permissions

Tavivion may request access to certain device features when you choose to use them.

  • Photos: to select media for posts, profile updates, messaging, and Studio tools.
  • Camera: to capture photos for posts, profile updates, or Studio reference use.
  • Microphone: to record audio when you create video content.
  • Photo library add access: to save generated or selected images when you ask the app to do so.
  • Tracking permission, if requested on your device: used only with your permission for recommendation and campaign-related purposes.

Your Choices

You can control certain information directly inside the app.

  • You can edit profile information such as your name, avatar, and biography.
  • You can choose whether to post content, follow other accounts, send messages, or use Studio tools.
  • You can manage device permissions through your device settings.
  • You can request help with privacy matters or account deletion by contacting us.
  • You can use the account deletion flow available in the app settings if you want to remove your account.

Retention

We keep information for as long as it is reasonably necessary to provide the Service, maintain account functions, preserve safety-related records, resolve disputes, complete transactions, and meet legal obligations. When account deletion is requested, we will take reasonable steps to remove or disassociate information, except where retention is still needed for legitimate operational or legal reasons.

Children

Tavivion is not directed to children. If you believe a child has provided personal information through the Service, contact us so we can review the request.
