If you need help with your account, content, AI styling tools, purchases, or privacy requests, contact us by email. We will review support messages related to the Tavivion experience and respond as appropriate.
Please include the issue you are experiencing, the relevant screen or feature, and any screenshots that would help explain the problem.
Common Support Topics
Account and Profile
You can contact support for help with profile information, sign-in issues, or questions about account removal.
Posts and Community
Support can help with issues related to publishing posts, viewing media, user profiles, following, reporting, or blocking.
Studio Tools
For Style Finder and Style Generator questions, include whether you used a prompt, a reference image, or both, and describe what result you expected.
Purchases
If your issue involves in-app purchases or diamond balance, include the product you tried to buy and what happened during checkout.
Privacy and Account Requests
If you want to ask about your personal information, request help with account deletion, or raise a privacy concern, email support@tavivion.com. You can also use the account deletion option available in the app settings when that is the action you want to take.
Before You Write
- Tell us which part of the app you were using, such as Home, Studio, Post, or Me.
- Describe whether the issue involved a post, profile, chat, AI generation, or purchase flow.
- Attach screenshots when visual context would make the problem clearer.
- Do not send payment card data or sensitive personal documents by email.
