By accessing or using Tavivion, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and to the Tavivion Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Your Account
You are responsible for the information you provide through your account and profile. Keep your account use lawful, accurate, and respectful of others. You may update your profile information through the app, and you may choose to delete your account through the in-app settings when that option is available to you.
User Content
Tavivion allows you to create and share content, including profile images, post captions, photos, video, messages, prompts, and AI-related inputs. You retain ownership of the content you submit, but you grant Tavivion the rights reasonably necessary to host, process, display, organize, and deliver that content as part of the Service.
You are responsible for ensuring that you have the right to upload, share, or submit any content you provide, including images of yourself or other people.
Community Rules
You agree not to use Tavivion in ways that harm the community, other users, or the Service.
- Do not post unlawful, infringing, deceptive, threatening, harassing, or abusive content.
- Do not impersonate another person or misrepresent your affiliation.
- Do not misuse messaging, reporting, following, or blocking features.
- Do not upload content you do not have permission to use.
- Do not attempt to interfere with the operation, security, or integrity of the Service.
AI Features
Tavivion includes AI tools for hairstyle analysis and hairstyle generation. These features may process images and text that you provide in order to return an automated result.
AI-generated content is probabilistic and may be incomplete, inaccurate, stylized, or unexpected. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before using, publishing, or relying on them.
Purchases and Credits
Tavivion may offer in-app purchases for virtual credits, including diamonds, that can be used with certain features. Purchase transactions are handled through the app marketplace or platform provider. Product availability, pricing, refunds, and billing treatment may also be subject to the rules of that provider.
Virtual credits have no cash value except where required by law. All purchases are final except where refunds are required by law or are made available through the platform provider's rules.
Rights and Ownership
Tavivion, including its design, software, branding, and service presentation, is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Except for the rights expressly granted to you, all rights in the Service remain with Tavivion or its licensors.
Availability
We may update, improve, limit, or discontinue parts of the Service when reasonably necessary. We may also take appropriate action if content or behavior appears to violate these Terms, threaten users, or interfere with the operation of Tavivion.
Disclaimers and Liability
Tavivion is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent allowed by law, Tavivion disclaims warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted availability.
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Tavivion will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, content, profits, goodwill, or business opportunity arising from or related to your use of the Service.
